The bulk payment discounts are:

• 3 months payment: 2.5%
• 6 months payment: 5.0%
• 9 months payment: 7.5%
• 12 months payment: 10%

As you notice it's in your own profit to pay in advance, instead of paying your rent each month.  If you only need to store it for a little period of time, you might consider renting a unit for just one month.  A mini storage is useful for everyone who needs some more space to store their belongings.
